Two-Minute Rule

Always remember the two minute rule! While Time/Design advocates breaking each project into Next Actions and writing them on your Next Actions page, there are some tasks that don't need to be written down. Try this rule of thumb: does this action take 2 minutes or less to complete? If so, don't write it down - just do it!
